Erika has extensive training in family systems, parenting issues, and working through issues related to the family and individual life cycle. She takes a collaborative and culturally sensitive approach to helping families and individuals understand the dynamics that interplay in important relationships. Her goal in therapy is to provide a supportive and safe environment where clients can grow and acquire life skills that will foster satisfying relationships with self and others.
Erika works with families, couples, individuals, and adolescents dealing with life stressors including but not limited to: communication difficulties, parenting issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, adjustment difficulties, grief, anger, marital discord, behavioral issues, social skills.
She currently works with clients in two of our Miami-Dade County offices: Pinecrest and Coral Gables. Erika is bilingual and offers services in Spanish and English..
